Our apartments are intended for person 55+ with annual income guidelines as follows:                                        

                         
                                      Maximum Income for 1 person is $31,740                                                                       
                                      Maximum Income for 2 person is $36,240
                                                                                                                                                  

Utilities will be included in the rent price.  Mediacom expanded basic cable (channels 2-78) is available for $30.  You can choose to add on to your rent.  Phone service and internet will be the responsibility of the tenant.
